If I need to integrate the $899 plan for a client, do I need to do

Inappropriate?Hi, vikal. Some of the organizations that use us in this expanded way have specific integration needs, and we do work with them if there's something special about their needs.
As with any technical integration, there might need to be some setting up of details. For example, FastPass requires a minimal amount of set-up, as does Zendesk integration. But, it's not that complicated. We can turn them on, but our system and your system need to be pointing to each other. :)
I'm happy to set you up with someone who can help explain it, if you like. The long and short of it is that we'll do our best to help get you set up. We're always happy to explain the technical details and spend extra time making sure it's all working for you.
