Widget Authorisation

I have come back after several months away thinking that I could now finally add a widget to my employees website but I see that I still have not been authorised or whatever terminology use use here. I know that you contacted the owner of the company/website and I know he replied confirming that I am indeed working for the company (web developer).

Please explain in simple words what more you require to confirm my identity.
