Can PW reset emails be sent to a me instead of my client??? They "aren't" getting them... even in spam folder.

My client's signup email and all other communications from getsignoff - including lost password emails, are not getting to their inbox. He claims it's not in the spam/junk box, but I am guessing it's being filtered before it gets to his email client. Is there a way to get the password sent to me, and then forward the password on to him? This has been a pain for months with clients. I've often had to skip using this service and just email proofs back and forth.
