Email response to comments

As time goes by, I don't miss this feature as much (I got used to having this capability with Basecamp). I had one or two customers/users on my projects complain about missing that at first, but it's all working out ok. In fact, I think there is actually a benefit to people logging in and using the tools online, instead of sending their reply from email. That's not to say it wouldn't be a good feature, but I think usage is up since I switched - primarily because they have to log on to the system to use it. Once they're in, they seem to be more engaged with the tools and features available.

So, while I still think the reply by email is invaluable for mobile users (iphone, etc.), I'm on the fence to whether I think it's as important for users on their desktops/laptops.
