GoPlan Support - WHERE?
I had a pressing techincal difficulty and couldn't find a phone number to call. Email and forms such as these are great but present a possible delay. This was several days ago ( actually a couple of weeks + ). I am into the project now sans GoPlan. Customer support, when they did respond were slow and un-helpful. I have submitted two emails responding to their one and only outreach trying to desctibe the problem as well as follow up for a response. I haven;t heard from them in days. As a matter of principle, I desire a refund or credit for when I start another project. Please advise.
