Improvement to Ticket Discussion Queue GUI/Usability/Interactivity
Can y'all improve the ticket discussion queue to provide more project information and "on-the-fly" task updates?
This series of drop-downs will enable people to assign tickets back and forth, report progress (which you can then sort by in the ticket list) and assign due dates.
