Recurring Projects?
Is there anyway to create recurring projects in Goplan? I have weekly duties that I have to divvy out to various employees, volunteers, and contractors. It would be great if I could assign them a task and each week they would log in and check it off when complete. Is this possible with the current system without having to recreate the entire project weekly? Or is this something that will be or could be added to Goplan 2?

Question: Master templates for categories, tasks and posts.
It would be a good idea to have master templates for categories, tasks, notes and posts in the Account Preferences. So when a user creates a new project, the templates are automatically applied. It would save a lot of time.
Answer: Basecamp has a somewhat similar option, but its primitive in my opinion.
This is one of the things we're thinking about for Goplan 2. It is a pain having to recreate tasks that you typically do in all your projects, so we're defininitely trying to come up with a solution that helps users with this problem. We'll keep you updated on this - thanks for the suggestion! -
Inappropriate?Although we haven't implemented it in Goplan 2, with the API it is rather simple to create a project templater application. :)
