I do really love the game, but is there a help area somewhere? I had to ask a friend how to vault items, because there is no help/FAQ area. Of course, if there is, then I'm going to be very embarrassed, but perhaps you could make it more obvious. Also, I just vaulted the last 2 items I have and now don't know how to get more... Because at the places, you can swap, but I didn't see any way to take. (I've only had this for a day now, so forgive me if any of this is incorrect)

Inappropriate?OK, stupid me, by searching the forum briefly I found the FAQ page.
However, I think there should be a new way to get icons.
Apart from that, I LOVE the game! Thanks so much! I love PackRat, and this is just as fun and unique. :)

Hey Nick,
To get more icons, you can check into spots, even ones you've already been to or have founded yourself. You can check in to the same spot every three hours. If you want information on some of the icons, a few of us maintain a list here: http://www.bluwiki.com/go/Gowalla It's an open wiki, so feel free to contribute. -
Inappropriate?Nick: Welcome to Gowalla! Yeah, sometimes that FAQ seems to, uh, hide? Maybe we need to re-think placement. Anyhoo, what Todd said is correct: Checking in at other spots is key to finding new bonus icons.
