I recently received my second order from their website. This lamp, like the previous track lighting I had purchased, was clearly someone else's broken return which was simply re-sent out. I called to get return info and spoke to an extremely nice woman, however as the item was now out of stock, I was offered 10% off my next lamp purchase and would have to call Customer Service when I was ready to order to get the 10%. I made a general comment about my dissatisfaction with the company on Twitter and the Home Depot Twitter rep immediately responded to me and asked for my order number. Within two days, I received a personal phone call and a gift card of significant value was next day air'd to me. I was blown away by the service and will continue to spend the massive amounts of money that I already do, with them. Extremely pleased.
