Copy question as new for question creators
To save creators of commonly structured questions some clicks and keystrokes, they can now click the "copy question as new" button at the top right of the question page to duplicate one of their own questions (and modify appropriately) before resubmitting as a new question.
Only the question creator (and super users and admins) have this capability.

minor things:
-background text: "You can include line breaks, basic HTML (bold text, italics etc) and simple tables" great! thanks for pointing that out. Where is a complete description of all possibilities (what is possible and how to do it, especially tables should be explained to novices)?
-the "subcategory" description text (which changes when selecting an entry) starts beneath the subcategory drop down list but wraps way back to beneath the category list (just optical issue)
-the "settlement rules" textarea should also provide a vertical scrollbar
-the "suspend date" drop down lists are somehow stretched vertically (but's really just an optical issue)
I'm using FF 2.0.0.11 on WinXP. Yeah, I did not participate in the world-download-record :)
I'm still waiting for an per option additional textbox for a somewhat more detailed description for each of the options...

-I really have problems to access the "Suspend Date" calendar. The button just wont show up, so I have to focus the dropdown for Hour and then do a CRL+TAB to focus the previous input-element (which is the button to let the calendar pop up) which is not visible.
