is at&t blocking hubdub?

i'm on a laptop atm and using an at&t service...the very first time i went to the regular hubdub site it let me thru, but then went dead after like the second page i went to. now, it keeps telling me either the connection with the server was reset or that the server is taking too long to respond. is this a problem concerning at&t or the hubdub site?
