Inappropriate?Whenever you are uncertain why a question is suspended, you may "flag" the question. By flagging the question, you send a message directly to the category editor of hubdub responsible for the question and attract his attention to that specific question. He might unsuspend the question or check if a settlement is possible. If you post a question to the cat ed, s/he might answer it directly by sending you an e-mail response.
If you know the outcome of the question yourself, you might as well use the "request settlement" feature, telling the category editor to settle the market. This works best when submitting links to news sources which report the outcome of the market with your request.
These are legal features of Hubdub to support the cat editors and all users are encouraged to use them whenever appropriate to make suspension as short as possible.
