How can i check my order status?

I placed an order and I didnt create an account. Now I cant check the status of my order without login information. How do i go about changing that?

You will need to contact us via email at support@incipiotech.com

Include the following:

-Order Number
-Email address used when placing the order

We will generate an account for you and email your login information.

We have added further integration with our shipping partners to better assist our customers with order tracking and as well as order status.

Please visit our shipping page, located at:

There, you will find direct integration with FedEx and DHL.
