Incipio Silicrylic for BlackBerry Storm: installation procedure?
what is the correct way to install a SILICRYLIC case on my BlackBerry Storm 9530? The right-side convenience key (camera shutter) doesn't work correctly.

Thank you for your inquiry. The correct method of putting your Silicrylic Case on is to first clean your device of any particles or dust. Then apply the silicone insert to your device. Next apply the acrylic shell by flexing the the corners over the silicone insert. The acrylic shell does have some give so that you can do this without damaging the silicone insert. If you are having problems with the buttons not working correctly, please email our customer support team at support@incipiotech.com for further instruction in order for us to assist you with this issue.

Inappropriate?I just purchased one of these cases for my Storm it seems like a great idea, but it must be pressing down on keys because I have to press buttons several times to get the unit to "wake up" then when I take the case of it wakes up with a very slight touch. I have tried taking the case off and on several times with no luck.
