Hi, Steve. The "Broken" message appears when the OutlookCrawler can't recover from an error.

Could you send me your OutlookCrawler log? You'll find it here:
C:\Documents and Settings\{your username}\Local Settings\Application Data\Infovark

Just take the OutlookCrawler.log file and mail it to me at support@infovark.com.
