Getting errors when activating plugin
I went to activate IntenseDebate, but when I did I received this error:

It also shows that it's activated, but I don't see any changes, so I don't think it's installed.

I don't know why that file would have been missing from your download but if you'd like to try manually installing it, then you can download it from here: http://svn.wp-plugins.org/intensedeba...
You might also find it easier to just delete the plugin and try installing it from the plugin directory again. That file is (or should be!) included in the plugin download.
If you choose to download the file, just save it directly within wp-content/plugins/intensedebate/ (class.json.php)
That should fix the problem.
