Inappropriate?This was the one feature that kept me here! Now this doesn't work and obviously reply via email doesn't work either. I was told the outgoing SMTP was having issues - why not switch it?
Or at least tell us what is going on.

Thats great but you guys need to keep the users (OR AT LEAST ME!) in the loop. I am not one to let someone else deal with my technical issues and seeming these things take so much time fill us in! -

I received info on my blogger profile telling I have 1 new comment, I approve it and it disappears!!!!
and on my IntenseDebate dashboard I don't see the comment! :(

What's the URL of your blog again? I know we've checked it out before, but I can't remember. Also, did you receive an email notification from IntenseDebate that you have a new comment? Is it in your ID moderation queue?
