My Bugs Reports. Who have these problem too?

I tried again. I have 832 comments and now 817 of them are imported. I tried 3 times. actually I am fine with that if the other bugs are solved. I don't know if these are peculiar to me but here are the problem I've faced (I've already sent this message tothe support departman. in order to make sure that I'am not only one facing these problem I post it here again):

1. Even if it says that import process is completed in fact it's not. in order to import my comments completely I had to reimport my comments 6 times and still 26 comments are missing.

2. This seems weird but one of my commenters has an email adress ibrahim....@hotmail.com and the funny thing is my later commenters also have this email adress in their comments profile too. under the default wordpress' comments section there is no problem. the commenters have their normal email adresses but under the intensedebate comments moderation page email adresses are messed up and are same as "ibrahim...hotmail.com"
if you ask for I can send you screenshot of this.

3. There is time zone difference in your system. I'am from Turkey and we use gmt 2. all of my newly made comments shows up in an unregular and unsense order under wordpress default comments moderation. if I disable the plugin I think all of my new comments will be messed up.

and here is the another question, for we use wordpress 2.6 know which doesn't support comment threading and replied comments show up in an irregular order. So will it be fine when we upgrade to 2.7

4. I don't know why but there is no comments editing section. I can only edit my comments in my blog. so I have three choices "approve" "delete" and "spam". What if someone wrote a wrong words or there may be some parts of comments which includes slang or smt. What am I supposed to do if one types something wrong?

5. even if I disable the intensedebate comments moderation in order to use wordpress default comments moderation. Comments are still needed to be approved from intensedebate comments moderation to be published.

Besides if I approve a comment under wordpress default comment moderation and then under the intensedebate moderation it multiplies the comments under intensedebate comments section. So I have to delete one of them. One of the url is not valid.

6. there is character problem in "name section". for example "çilekli süt" doesn't show up properly. and I can't edit it either.

7. I deleted a comment from my wordpress comments moderation not on purpose. That comment is still published and show up under intensedebate comments moderation. The thing that I don't realize is due to the two way sync. that comment is supposed to be added to my wordpress database again, right? Or did I get the " two way sync." wrong.

8. Addition to these bugs there is one more thing. Today I noticed that comments under default wordpress commentes moderation which were made after enabling the plugin don't have post permalink. they have only commenters name, email adress, web site and comments date. as you can see now it's impossible to disable the plugin otherwise comments may not show up.

Hey, sorry for the late answer. Your questions circulated internally for a few days before we thought we could respond. Here goes...

    1) The importer has had some issues. We've rolled out fixes for these issues during the last week, so I suggest you just give it another try. We also have a beta plugin (ver 2.0.16) that we're testing internally.

    2) This was a bug in the importer. It has been fixed to my knowledge.

    3) This was an issue caused by one of the webservers internal clock being out of sync. It has been fixed.

    4) The current version of the IntenseDebate plugin does not support editing comments from within your WordPress admin panel. This is in the works though.

    5) This sounds like an issue that would be caused by slow or non-functional syncing. There can be a delay from when you moderate a comment till it's fully synced between the IntenseDebate servers and your blog's database. Most likely this issue was fixed in one of the releases from last week though.

    6) Unicode character support (99% of all intl chars) has been implemented for both signed up users and anonymous commenters during the last week.

    7) see 5). This sounds like the same problem.

    8) We need more details to try and help you on this one. Have any examples where this happened? A comment in particular? What's the URL to your blog/website?

And to answer your title question, there have been a few users that have reported similar problems with IntenseDebate. The functionality we provide is brand new, and since WordPress is such a diverse platform (you can do pretty much what you want with it), these problems come up a bit more often than anyone would like.

    Thanks!

Same with me, comment import from WordPress to IntenseDebate is still busy (almost a month now). When I login in my WordPress admin page and I check the settings of the plugin it stills says 0%. As such getting to the tweak part of the plugin setup is not possible. And I only have about 10 or 20 comments!
