My comments don't show up

I've had this problem for 25 weeks now, and I've had little to no help from the Intense Debate support staff. Every time I submit a comment it seems to have been posted like normal, but when the page is refreshed, the comment disappears. It doesn't show up on the site or in my recent comments on my profile. This problem occurs on every site using Intense Debate, even the official Intense Debate blog. The only time I can post is when I'm not at my house. At home, my comments disappear using my regular account, a new account, or posting as a guest. When I post from a different location, though, the comments show up fine. This problem has gone on far too long, and I feel that Intense Debate has ignored me. Any help on this issue would be highly appreciated.
