My readers are annoyed that they have to type their information in each time they leave a comment.

1. Are they commenting with an IntenseDebate profile or are they commenting as guests?
2. What web browser are they using?
3. Please have them try the following:
* Clear browser cache
* Check and make sure that your browser preferences are set to accept 3rd party cookies
* Visit http://intensedebate.com/logout - it will just be a blank page
* Then go to http://intensedebate.com/logmein
* Then have them give it another try on your site.
