Twitter Setup: Unexpected error sending a tweet.
Setting up Twitter with Sandy, unexpected error sending me a direct message. I put in my twitter username, waited for a direct message with confirmation code and didn't get one. I clicked on send it again and Sandy had an error: "Oops! I wasn't able to send you a tweet. An unexpected error occurred."

Inappropriate?Howdy, folks.
I just took a gander and it seems there was an issue on Twitter's side which has since been fixed.
If there are still ongoing tweets not being delivered, it's because Twitter is currently reporting being over capacity in response to some requests.
Sandy's twittering as usual — sorry they've not been making it through!
