Overdraft Protection Reserve Deletion

My bank has a certain dollar amount that they keep in "reserve" for overdraft protection. This dollar amount keeps getting pulled everyday when my bank information is pulled. Less Accounting will not allow me to delete this data. I click on the transaction and click delete and click OK to confirm but it still shows up.
