How can I "encourage" photosynth to recognize similarity between photos?
After uploading 23 images to create my first synth, photosynth actually created 3 "tours." When I view the images in the grid format, there are three distinct groups. One of the photos in the third group has a clear overlap with a photo in the first group. Is there a way I can "encourage" photosynth to recognize that overlap?

There is currently no way for you to explicitly attach two images.
Generally, Photosynth needs 3 images that have 3 seperate points in common in order to connect them.

Inappropriate?Since Photosynth downsamples the photo before extracting features, sometimes addding cropped versions of areas that are common between the two photos will be enough for Photosynth to make the connection.
