I love MS4

"However wrong, it is often a misconception in a rural area that change is not always a good thing. While younger congregation members are 'Twittering' away - there are many that still feel the use of technology in a church is a waste of time and money. While we did make the transition to an LCD a few years back, running a Power Point slide show was the extent of our adventuresome nature it seemed. As the one who runs the 'high tech' visual program in our church (due to the fact that I am one of the few adults who can turn on a computer and has a Facebook page) I continued to bring media possibilities to the table - But, it seemed no one was biting. Then recently, our pastor out of the blue said, “What do you want?” I said, "Media Shout!" Now, the nay-sayers are singing not only God's praise, but mine as well, as the genius that found MS4!!! Moving backgrounds, seamless transition, scriptures at a moments notice and how easy it is to build a program that even my Mom could run on any given Sunday is a dream come true. I shopped around for a loooooong time, even ordered samples of other programs, and am so glad we ordered your product. Not only is your product God-inspired, your staff is also. The times that I have called to talk to your company have been a joy! Your tech department not only solves any problem I can throw at them in amazing time - they offer me tips I didn't even know existed, and honestly, they just make my day with their pleasant, serving attitude. THANK YOU! In addition, because of your great product you have given me hope that soon I will be able to have some back-up for my position and be able to sit in a service sometime!!! May God bless your company, your employees, and continue to bless your bottom line."

Inappropriate?I agree, even given the little glitches that occur now and than, MS is great and their employees at customer service are great. We've used MS since V3 and are now using V4, it's a little different look and feel, however once we get eeryone up to speed on the new look worship media will flow better than ever. Pam
I’m excited
