Incorrect Password Error, Don't Know Why I'm Getting it

I bought the iPhone app, and went to set it up. When it asked for my password, I was told I had entered the wrong password. I then tried to log in via the web app, and it wouldn't let me because of an incorrect password error. I know which password I entered, so I don't understand why I'm getting a wrong password error.

I've emailed my username (thechexican) from the email account I have associated with the username to feedback@memiary.com, and have still not gotten any help on the issue. Assistance please?
