Can I put 4GB of RAM in 32bit XP
It seems there is no way to make use of all 4GB of RAM that XP says it can handle. It seems the limitations of 32 bit means that the OS reserves some of that space and you can't use it to max out your RAM. With Win2k or 03 server you can use a switch PAE or AWE to enable the use of more RAM. Is it true this does not change anything in XP Pro?

Inappropriate?yes you can, it shows in system information that you have only 3.5g but the system uses all 4 gig, given your motherboard supports it
