Why does my calendar items not get sync'ed
I am new to Mac and we are running a MS Server 2008 environment with Exchange 2007. My Entourage 2008 syncs mails and contacts but my old calendar items from Exchange does not go to the calendar in Entourage. If I enter calendar items in Entourage it goes toi Exchange when sync'ing.

Inappropriate?Go to your calendar, control-click on the Exchange calendar (not the one labelled "On My Computer"), select "Folder Properties", then click on the "Empty" button. This will force Entourage to re-download everything from Exchange.1 Comment

Hi Nadyne. Thanks. I think I know now what is wrong, but I do not know what to do with it. All appointments I make directly in Outlook are now synchronized to Entourage and vice versa. My problem here and now is that most of my appointments are created in our CRM System (SuperOffice) and are sync'ed to Outlook. I do not have problems with sync to my iPod and my phone. I know for sure that all items synced from SuperOffice are categorized in Outlook. Can that be a problem? -

Yes. I can also see them on my iPod and my MS Windows Mobile 6.1 Phone.

Inappropriate?It seems like SuperOffice is writing out the calendar invites in a way that Entourage can't read them. We're less likely to show malformed calendar invites than the other clients. You might want to contact their tech support and see if they have a fix in the works.1 Comment Add a comment
