Windows Explorer
When I open my Windows Explorer, the Window comes up but it stays wight for about 10 seconds. Then it will come up. I have tried re-booting and everything. I have a fast PC. It has never does this before. No viruses, no spyware or any of that junk. Nore have I installed anything. Is there a tweak or something that can fix this?

Inappropriate?You might try this: click on the Start button in the lower left hand of your desktop and type (in the "Start Search" area) Folder Options and hit enter. This will bring up the Folder Options settings.
Next, click on the View tab and under advanced settings, see if the first item "Always show icons, never thumbnails" under "Files and Folders" is checked.
If you check the box next to "Always show icons, never thumbnails" you should see a decrease in the length of time it takes to view the files in an opened folder.
