Is Puget Sound Energy Really a Partner?
The site claims Puget Sound Energy is a partner, but when I type them in as my energy provider, it tells me they're not supported. Is that expected?

Thanks to sharing your feedback. We are working actively with our announced utility partners and hope to have automated feeds available as soon as possible.
As soon as we have an official date for the availability of the data feeds for Puget Sound Energy (and other providers), we will announce that here, as well as on our blog and in our facebook and twitter communities.
Regards,
Karen

Inappropriate?Hello douceur,
We are proud to have announced our partnerships with four utility partners (including PSE and Seattle City Light), but some of the automated data feeds are not yet in place. We are working with these partners on the implementation and hope to have these available as soon as possible. Until then we encourage you to manually input the data from your bill.
Thank you - Nicole -
Can we have a timeline for when we expect to see the PSE integration for real rather than as a press release line item? -
Inappropriate?Hi offbeatmammal,
We are actively engaging with PSE on their data integration and hope to have it live shortly. Please check back on the site for updates on when they will be fully automated with Microsoft Hohm.
Thank you - Nicole -
Inappropriate?days? weeks? months?
If I'm going to start manually entering data I'd like to know what the effort is going to be and for how long ... otherwise do I just wait until the automation is in place and come back?
I’m sad

Inappropriate?Hi offbeatmammal,
Completely understand. :) While we don't have an exact date, we are hoping it will be as soon as possible. You could certainly enter some of your recent months of data to get started with Hohm.

Inappropriate?I also was wondering this, but was glad to see an answer. I hope to see this feature get added in soon for PSE so I can get the full use out of Hohm! I would enter my data manually, but I'm at a different place for the summer and don't have access to the bills.

Inappropriate?I find Puget Sound Energy's site to be MUCH more useful. I can see electricity and gas usage by day, and also the daily temps (low, average, high). I've discovered a lot of energy savings actions depend on the temperature; for example, I found that I really didn't need to do much about reducing winter heating energy. It made a much bigger difference to focus on reducing summer heat gain. We've cut out summer energy use by 50% over last year. PSE also lets you look at energy usage by day of the week. This site won't give me the same information.

Inappropriate?3 months in and still the announced partnership isn't here.
Google meanwhile are pushing ahead with device partnerships like this http://googleblog.blogspot.com/2009/1...
I’m frustrated
