Satisfaction Search

Search and display community topics on your site, an excellent complement to your existing knowledge base or FAQ.

Features:: Let customers enter a natural language search query on any page of your website; Search results from the community delivered dynamically within the widget with links to entire topic thread; Customer has option enter new topic if it doesn't already exist in the community; Widget can be customized to specify the number topics that are displayed as search results; Can be set to display only certain topic types of topics (questions, problems, ideas, praise, or all)
