Google sync?
http://www.google.com/tools/firefox/b...
is there any other product that can do this? The google one hasn't been updated in almost 2 years now and I'd like to see something like this for my home/work computers

We're currently working furiously on Weave (http://labs.mozilla.com/2008/06/weave...) to get it ready to fill the Google Browser Sync void. Unfortunately registration for new Weave accounts is closed at the moment due to extremely high demand, but we're hoping to have enough service capacity (and a spiffy new version of the extension) online by the end of this week or early next.
Keep an eye on the Mozilla Labs blog for updates!
Alternatively, if you're just looking to synchronize bookmarks Foxmarks (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fire...) should do the trick.

Inappropriate?Thank you for the quick and full response :)
Foxmarks is what made me want to sync more things between firefox's on multiple computers
I’m ecstatic

Inappropriate?Yeah, Weave seems to be it. In case someone else brings something other than weave to light, I'm going to list some of the places on the web you can find comments on the end of Google Browser Sync:
lifehacker, Download Squad, Slashdot, lifehacker again, and reddit
Most of the comments just suggest Weave.

Inappropriate?Someone posted on a related topic - http://getsatisfaction.com/mozilla/to... - so there will likely be more options in the future.
I’m happy

Inappropriate?Any ideas how i can get weave to sync on my own server and how would i go about doing that ? not really that technically minded about servers. i just mine for my website hosting
I’m undecided

Another Get Satisfaction user detailed the process (instead of your server, he used mydisk.se, and I don't know if your webhosting company supports WebDav) in this post: http://getsatisfaction.com/mozilla/to... -
Inappropriate? At Foxmarks, we've just released a beta that syncs passwords in addition to bookmarks. This fills a big chunk of the Google Browser Sync void. More details here: http://blog.foxmarks.com/?p=167
