Tired of killing Firefox processes in task manager. Why did I leave IE again, for CSS compliance? Seriously?

Inappropriate? What is usually causing your processes to hang, or whatever is going on that you have to kill processes in your task manager?

You probably have something seriously wrong with your computer if that's all it takes. You should run scandisk on your hard disk drive, and possibly use MemTest86+ to test your RAM. -
Inappropriate? Is this occuring after waking your computer from sleep or hibernate?
Do you have extensions installed? -
Inappropriate?Have had the same issue with the last 3 versions of FireFox. Does not happen every time, but it does happen MOST of the time. What is the fix to the issue since it is an issue for many?

Check this link at Mozilla. A major cause seems to be ZoneAlarm for many people. Delete ZA and try Comodo or other good firewall or even the Windows built-in firewall.
Others who had this problem also noticed that it was not browser specific, in other words it happened with Firefox, IE Opera and Chrome
