Unable to install Ubiquity.
I've been trying to install Ubiquity on my Firefox but whenever it "successfully installed", firefox restarts and I do not see it under my Addons. sad.gif I thought it might be conflicting with URL Alias since it uses the address bar. But I've disabled that but still won't work. Ah!

Inappropriate? Is it just ubiquity or other addons as well.
After installing Kaspersky 2010 (beta) I found that I can't install addons to Firefox unless I turn kaspersky off.
So if you have kaspersky or other anti-virus it could be the reason.

Inappropriate?Oh my you are correct. It was Kaspersky 2010 that is causing the problem. Does Kaspersky know about this? Any other way to remedy the problem than having to pause the protection to install?
Thanks a lot!
I’m thankful

Inappropriate?I'm not sure if Kaspersky knows about this. Maybe you could report a bug.

Inappropriate? Thanks for the help in pinpointing this! I've heard about this problem before but never knew what caused it.

Inappropriate?I've feedback this to Kaspersky in their forum too.
