Mozy Refund Process? Not clear what I need to do.
I just deleted my account that I opened last week (it was a 2-year pre-paid plan). I've emailed (no response) and tried to call (got voice-mail) to inquire about a pro-rated or full-refund. I also provided a detailed reason for my cancellation on the form. Any suggestions on how to request a refund?

I don't have a ticket number. I was only able to get into voice-mail when I called. If I "do nothing", will I eventually get a refund? -
Inappropriate?No, they won't just hand out refunds because you quit. You have to email support and let them know you need a refund.

Ok. I had sent support an email requesting the refund a few days ago. I'll give it a week and try again. Appreciate your help. -
Inappropriate?It looks like they are 13 days out, so I would give it 2 weeks if I were you (the tickets get sorted by last action, so if you send another email, it will push you to the bottom of the list). If you want, I could try and push it through if you have a ticket number.

Inappropriate?It does create a ticket however it will go to our team in India, then they will forward the email to the customer care team. Sometimes the tech from India will inform you the ticket is being forwarded and it will have the ticket number in that email.

Inappropriate?I did finally get a confirmation email that says they processed my refund. It as a bit delayed, but my patience paid off. I would consider using Mozy again in the future. Thanks!

Inappropriate?I'll be doing the same thing - this is the 2nd time I have used Mozy, and this is the 2nd time I've run into the same problems.
This is an unfinished piece of software which is being sold as "ready". It is not ready, and reading reports constantly for the last few months, Carbonite does not suffer from these CONSTANT server error messages.
I will not be coming back to Mozy.
