Inappropriate?Shouldn't users of your service be able to change their address (i.e. when they move)? Why not allow them to enter a new address and send them a new physical letter with a six digit code? If costs of sending this letter are your concern - I know these must be covered by the random amount you deduct from by credit card - simply ask a small amount of money as an administrative fee for this service. This also makes sure only people how have actually moved use this feature. -

I understand not everything can be done at once. You will probably only make haste with actually implementing this feature when the amount of manual support team work that has to be done for the occasional address change becomes more than the cost of implementing it. If so, please reply that instead of answering "soon". ;-)
