Anyone getting cracked Blue-ray discs?
The last 5 of 8 blue ray discs have arrived with cracks in them. DVDs never have this issue.
If I report the issue and return the disc the next day I get it back so I have to report the issue and wait a day or two before I put in in the mail. Anyone else seeing this?

Inappropriate?No, and I receive Blu-ray movies pretty frequently... it's worrisome to hear. It sure sounds like a mailman (or sorting center) issue, but it seems odd to me that DVD's don't have this frequent issue. Why one and not the other? In my experience, Blu-ray movies are much sturdier and harder to scratch. I'd never had a broken disc arrive from Netflix.
I'm sorry I can't offer help, but one thing you said was "return the disc the next day I get it back". If you mean they see you've reported it, but send you the same broken disc, obviously they aren't understanding your problem. So if they aren't understanding, you'll have to physically show them (Put a post-it note directly on the disc, or a piece of tape on the envelope, some way to directly show them the problem).
I've never had them send me the same broken disc, so I can't believe that is happening to you over and over. Like I said though, if they aren't getting it, you're going to have to treat them like morons and post note it up :)

Inappropriate?I've been having the same problem with Blu-ray discs. The last 6 discs that I received have been cracked.
I've talked with customer support at Netflix and they're suggested that I also contact the post office to put in a complinate with them. This way there's a record of the problem with the post office.
As for getting the same broken disc back I know I haven't gotten that. I've reported the problem with the disc in the morning and get a notice that afternoon that they have send out a replacement disc and recieved it the next day. This is a lot fast then when I just drop the watched disc at the post office to be returned. That takes at least two days.

Inappropriate?Cracked blu-ray discs still coming in. Just got a second copy of 300 with a crack. I kept the original one to make sure they did not ship back the same disc.

Man, that sucks :( I know you don't want to hear my side, but at least in my area (NC) I have never gotten a broken disc, and I've received many Blu-ray discs.
Have you talked to them over the phone? What did they say (Contact Post Office, or something else?)?
They also have a Twitter account, where you can chat with them online about the frequent issue. It shouldn't be happening.
