Does anyone have ANY way to email Netflix?
Netflix won't currently let me update my address, as they can't verify it (it verifies on usps site with no problem).
I really don't want to call, sit on hold to talk to someone about an issue that really shouldn't be an issue. I'd appreciate any info anyone has on a way to email customer service at Netflix. I can't find a single email address anywhere on their website.

Inappropriate?Netflix switched to a phone-only customer service model to be more personal, friendly, and authentic. As far as I'm concerned, it was a good move and is working. Sure, there are some things it would be nice to be able to e-mail instead of call, but their call center is open 24 hours and I've never had to wait when I've contacted them.
Just call 1-866-716-0414 anytime you are thinking about it. If you're concerned about waiting, the number will tell you the wait time when you call or you can see the current hold time on their website. -
Do you work for them or something? Being unable to email them is the pits! -
I agree about not being able to e-mail them being sucky. But the toll-free does seem to work. -
Inappropriate?I'm not always at a place (work) where I can call and would like to email my questions.

It's not email, but you can easily use Twitter from work: Netflix customer service on Twitter. They always respond there when you have a problem (Within 24 hrs on business days). -
Thanks, I will try Twitter... -
I meant to mention that the Twitter is best for individual site problems, bugs, or movie issues... when you get to personal account issues, you may still need to call the hotline. I've reported Instant watch, box art, and duplicate movie page issues on Twitter, and they've done a pretty good job of handling them.
Good luck :) -
Thanks, my comment was that they removed the preview function that allowed me to browse for new movies. I'll see if I get any feedback. -
I'm not sure what you mean by that... do you mean this page? They hid that page due to people rampantly snapping up new releases, but they still update it weekly, nonetheless.
Is that what you were asking them? I'm sure they'll respond, I just like to be of service here :) -
Inappropriate? There is no way at all to email NetFlix (barring figuring out what their internal email addys are). But try the Toll-Free number.
I had a problem yesterday and called the 1-800 number. The wait time was less than 3 minutes (around 6 p.m. CDT). The rep was actually helpful and listened patiently to my ranting about not being able to have web/email communications with NetFlix. I must admit, it's better Customer Service than most companies I've had to deal with lately.
I’m indifferent

Inappropriate?I just watched a movie that glitched at the very end of the it. It's soundtrack and video wasn't in sync. I couldn't rectify the issue by restarting the movie and just ended up finishing it as it was. My point is, I shouldn't have to waste any time calling them on an issue like this...it would be far more simple to just email the issue to them.
I don't think the change to a phone-in system was merely to be more personal...I'm not going to call about this issue and that's what they are betting on. A percentage of people will opt to NOT call.
In the end it saves them time and, thus, money.
I’m frustrated

In that scenario, you need to go into "Your Account", and "Instant Watch History". Then, click the title to "Report a Problem", and you can tell them exactly what was broken about it. I've done this quite often.
Also, to be sure you get a response: Netflix customer service on Twitter. -
