Did you report the problem to Netflix? It's easy, just go to this link: Customer Service and click Watching Instantly.

The movie title will be on that list, and you just click on it to report the designated problems with the title.

Also, if you have a Twitter account (Free service), you can send them them a quick message here: Netflix Helps on Twitter. They'll respond.
