Inappropriate?When you say day before, are you talking about Wedneday or Tuesday? This year we had volunteers (mostly local I think) on Tuesday to help stuff bags - and we openned up Registration on Wednesday so folks could register the night before. I love the idea of having a more formal or at least an event on Wednesday. May even encourage more people to come in the night before and get registered. Maybe some sort of mixer/movie/food/presentaion right where the reg desk is so people can get registered at their leisure and the enjoy each others company.
