room changes should be on the central bulletin board by the info booths and volunteers should be stationed at key traffic points with the most up-to-date room assignments to help people find the correct rooms

Inappropriate?Thank you for the input. I do think we need to info boards next year, one that is for "official announcements" and one that anyone can post on as sometimes information tends to get buried. We should also post any room changes on the doors as well.

Inappropriate?I like this idea. I also love the fact that you placed updated schedule grids on all the tables on Saturday morning. Whatever you do about room & schedule changes, please don't consider a replacement for updated schedule grids.
A lot of conferences just let you know what the *changes* are, leaving attendees to constantry try to refer to their original schedule and the list of changes and cross-reference, which is very confusing. Giving us an up to date grid with everything on it, to carry around, is great.
