This does sound strange. Is it just memory that's not showing up? And the typical support question...did you upgrade RPM or anything else in your environment around the time it stopped reporting?
Let us know a little more about your environment such as ruby/rails versions, mongrel or passenger, RPM version, OS, etc. and we'll dig into it. If you could provide your account name too that would be great.
