Unable to make friends

Hi, I have also raised this as a helpdesk ticket but you have not responded- http://help2.ning.com/ViewTicket?id=5... At the moment someone has joined our network but is unable to add or accept friend requests. She is completely new to both Ning and social networks so it is very upsetting for her (and us) that she is unable to connect with anyone. As mentioned, she sees the friend request appear but then it immediately disappears again and the same happens when she tries to invite a friend.Please please help us fix this quickly

I have this problem, too! Tell me when someone solves it.

Had this problem and I rebooted the computer, seemed to work for now but I don;t know why I would have to reboot for this.

Also earlier today the google ads went down (not complaining about that) so maybe they are up to something? Might be why support is so quiet.

I realize in the last days that we have some problem between members in my work net. They are not able to send friendship request between each other. Also I have some problems when we revive a new member request; I`m not able to send mails to them, when they are in the request status.

Both my members and myself are unable to add friends. This is a new group and so far I only have been able to add 10 friends and only have 9 outstanding requests. I have 114 members. Please help!

Hi!

Note, there is still a limit to 100 unanswered friend requests so if you sign in to http://ning.com and have 100 or more, you will have to withdraw some before requesting more.

If this isn't the case, please let us know in the Help Center - please include the name of your network, and at least one example of a friend request not working for us to look at.

This was not the problem, as our outstanding requests for all networks was at 43 and there was not a message stating we had exceeded the number, as previously recieved. However, it appears that the problem has been resolved for now. Thanks.

Not even remotely close to the limit, and it's happening to multiple members who have confirmed they aren't even in double digits.
