I'm missing my reference guide from Korn Shell 2nd Edition Book
I am in a class for Korn Shell and we all recieved a copy of your book, 2nd edition and there is supposed to be a pull out reference guide in the back of the book. 1/2 of us have the reference guide but several of the books are missing it. Can I get this reference guide somewhere else?

There is a number of links located under the cover image of the book. You will see one titled 'Quick Reference Card'. Click that to view the PDF.

Inappropriate?I do not see one called "Quick Reference Card" and all of the others in the link are even more money than on top of the price that the book cost! If I already paid for the book, I don't think I should have to pay more for something that should have come with the book in the first place! -
