Missing and upside down pages in a 'High Performance MySQL' 2nd Edition book

I recently purchased a 'High Performance MySQL' 2nd Edition book and have found that the pages go from page 42, to an upside down page 56. They then continue upside down and backwards to page 53, at which point they correct themselves on page 67.
Is there any way for me to get another copy? I live in Canada, is that an issue?
