Out of print - out of safari?
There seems to be no way of getting MP3 -The definitive Guide into my Safari book shelf. This may be because it is out of print. None of the methods suggected in your support pages help.

Inappropriate?There are no restrictions on out of print books within Safari Books Online. I just checked and this book is available. So you should be able to add to your bookshelf.
