Quicktime Error 2048:H
I'm trying to run the video lessons of Adobe Photoshop CS4 which came on DVD when I bought the Deke McClelland book 'Adobe Photoshop CS 4 one-on-one'in the Dutch language.
My operating system is Vista so I downloaded Quicktime, but after running "PsCS4.htm" and choosing lesson 1, I keep getting "error 2048:H".
I googled for an answer but couldn't find it. Please HELP

Inappropriate?Hi Gerard,
I'm sorry you keep getting this Quicktime error, sounds frustrating! I also Googled the error you're getting and I can't find a clear answer for why this is happening or how to fix it. It does sound like uninstalling and re-installing Quicktime would be worth a try.
Do you have iTunes on your computer? The videos will play in iTunes, so you could also try opening them there.
If none of these things work for you, there's a free, open source media player called VLC, that could work. You can download VLC here.
I hope one of these options works, let us know.
Have a great day,
