server 2003 beginner
I am a beginner and would like to understand windows server 2003. Could you provide a starting point as to how to accomplish this challenge. I have a copy of your book "windows server 2003 in a nutshell" and yes I find it difficult to grasp as a beginner, however I feel it would be a great resource for the future.

I would recommend starting with Learning Windows Server 2003, Second Edition - http://oreilly.com/catalog/9780596101237
Our "Learning" titles are generally the best place to start with a topic, while the "In a Nutshell" series are useful desktop references after you've learned the basics.
