source files for Head First html with css & xhtml
on page 45 it states to head to the source files on www.headfirstlabs.com. I have looked everywhere including http://www.oreilly.com/catalog/hfhtml... and I don't see a link to download the source files mentioned. Can you clarify please?
Oh, I have registered the book as well. I get only the following choices for post purchase:
Head First HTML with CSS & XHTML, 1Ed
• Reader Reviews
• Errata
• Read on Safari
Thanks for your time. Very much enjoying the book.

I'm sorry you're having trouble finding the Head First HTML with CSS & XHTML code examples. We're going to have to do a better job of making sure the book's resources are easier to find. You can find the source files here: http://www.headfirstlabs.com/books/hf... You can find resources on headfirstlabs.com for any Head First title by clicking on the "books" tab and then selecting the appropriate book image. We'll also fix the post purchase benefits link.

Laurie

it is November 2009 and I could not find the source files link to this book. Had to go to the place where you can ask a question and after several attempts finally got to this page. Just thought you'd want to know! -
Hi Maggie,
You can find the example files on http://www.headfirstlabs.com/books/hfhtml/index.php by scrolling down to Book code and downloads. There you can see all of the files in the book (here's the zip file of all downloads) or you can download individual files by chapter. You can also view the examples online.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,

Inappropriate? Thanks again for posting... one of the things we've been doing laltely is working on a consistent site layout ... while maintaining links in the older books (yes, older is really just a year ago!). So hopefully you'll continue to post problems, and we'll make sure we sync up our new URLs with our older print ones.
Thanks again
