We don't currently have plans for Illustrator CS4: The Missing Manual, but thank you for letting us know you would be interested in it. We're more likely to publish something if we know there's a demand for it.
We are working on Adobe Illustrator CS4 One-on-One, by Deke McClelland; this book is scheduled to come out next year.
In the meantime, you can find free Illustrator CS4 videos from Deke McClelland and others on Adobe TV.
Also, Deke has published Illustrator CS4 One-one-One: Fundamentals videos and Illustrator CS4 One-on-One: Advanced videos on Lynda.com. (Some of these videos are also freely available, the rest are available with a subscription.)
