You sent me a new password. That password did not work even though I tried to immediately sign on with it. By the time I finally got logged on, the date had passed. I would like to get the discount since I tried hard to get on by the date specified.
I was offered a 15% discount if re-open my subscription before Oct. 20. Your password did'nt work
